Senator Mitch McConnell: American People are Screaming For the Healthcare Bill Not to Pass

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell was on State of the Union with John King on Sunday. Healthcare reform was one of the primary topics discussed and McConnell kept riding on the Republican talking points train throughout the interview. King asked the Senator the likelihood the healthcare reform bill would pass through the Senate. McConnell's response was no surprise:

"Well we don't often ignore the wishes of the American people. They are literally screaming, many of them, telling us please don't pass this, don't pass this bill."

I wonder if many of the screaming Americans that McConnell hears are insurance CEOs that are worried they won't be able to drop someone with a pre-existing condition.
