Some may wonder why Rush Limbaugh was not allowed to purchase an NFL franchise. His racist and polarizing mentality could be used as an example but many people will not accept that. This quote from Limbaugh just proves that he is completely out of bounds when it comes to understanding American views:
Limbaugh has made his career off of exceptionalism and high society. He puts racist comments out in the airwaves on a regular basis and thought no pushback would ever come of it. Well, welcome to the free market Mr. Limbaugh. The NFL, a company that has done VERY well under capitalism, doesn't want you to own a team because you will cost them money. Rush can turn this into a racist game all day, but what it comes down to is the bottom dollar. The NFL will lose money if this stupid bastard has a stake in the Rams and they rather turn a bigger profit. He can try to spin this against the NFL or Obama all he wants, but this is the game that he chooses to play. Unfortunately for him, football is a game where he can no longer choose to profit from. It's not liberalism or racism, it's capitalism Limbaugh, sorry!
