John McCain: Ted Kennedy Would Be Disappointed Health Care Reform is Not Bipartisan

On Good Morning America, John McCain was asked what he believes Ted Kennedy's reaction would be to the health kill reform bill. Stephanopoulos pointed out that Vicki Kennedy stated that the compromise occurring in the health care debate is exactly what Ted Kennedy would support. This was McCain's response:

"I think that Senator Kennedy would appreciate the outcome. I don't think he would appreciate it on a party line vote. I worked with him on many issues across party lines. There has never been a major reform accomplished in the history of this country that wasn't bipartisan."

John McCain is a cornerstone in the "Party of No" and then wonders why health care reform is not very bipartisan. It could have something to do with the fact that if President Obama supported kittens the GOP would want them all rounded-up and sent to Guantanamo Bay.
