Glenn Beck referred to a quote in Sonia Sotomayor's Princeton yearbook. This quote was from Norman Thomas, who ran for government office for the Socialist Party for America in the 1920's and 30's. 

Beck's focus throughout this clip is that America is once again towards a Socialist agenda, and Sotomayor is just further proof of this. Her belief is in "social justice" and she is a Marxist. According to Beck, this quote is solid proof of his case.
