The Daily Show took on a consistent topic that is brought up by Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly - the fact we have grew away from the "simple times in America". John Oliver interviewed individuals from several decades throughout the 1900's to try and find exactly what it is we have grown away from the past 50 years.

Unfortunately everyone that Oliver spoke to offered no answers as to why these Conservative assclowns claim life was so great back when they were young. Everyone spoke about the bad times that they lived through during the 50's, 60's and 70's. Finally John Oliver came to the realization why Beck, Hannity and O'Reilly claimed life was so much better back in the day.

"It was a better, simpler time because they were all six years old. For children the world is always a happy, uncomplicated place."

I still wish that Beck and friends could go back to how it was when they were kids. Have a Coke and a smile and then shut the hell up.
