Colbert had another installment of "Better Know a District" last night. This is probably the best segment that is featured on the Colbert Report, and this time around was no different. Colbert was covering the 12th district in California where Congresswoman Jackie Speier resides. Most of the interview talked about gay rights, but of course Colbert took it in very different directions at times. From Pez dispensers to acting like a 14 year old, Colbert really knows how to make his guests comfortable.

Since the California 12th is home to the headquarters of YouTube, Colbert and Speier had no choice but to make a video of them skateboarding with members of Congress. How he convinces the representatives to do these things is beside me, but it is always funny as hell.
