Colbert featured another segment of "Better Know a District" this time with Republican Congressman Mike Castle. Castle is the only representative in Delaware, which is home of the fighting blue hens. The interview went in a very interesting direction when Castle discussed the history of the "fighting cocks". Colbert asked whether or not cock fighting would be made the official state sport of Delaware. When the Congressman stated know, Colbert asked Castle if he was cockblocking Delaware. He responded with a resounding yes to the cockblock.

Besides all of the chicken talk throughout the interview, Colbert also asked Congressman Castle whether or not he had sex with Florence Henderson. Colbert went on to also ask whether or not the "carpet matched the drapes".
